- The app is for labs that already use Neocliniq. Sign in with your Neocliniq account: the one you use on app.neocliniq.com, or the one your lab gave you.
- The first time you open it, you choose a 4-digit PIN that protects the app on your phone.
- Owners and managers get the dashboard, cases, clients and payments. Technicians get their work, cases and earnings.
- It runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later, and on Android phones.
